Ronald Kasner

As an accomplished strategic and operational executive, Kasner serves as independent board member, strategic advisor and operating partner to Founder CEOs. Leveraging his “Execution Framework,” he advises on strategic planning, operational alignment, and scaling fast growth businesses. He has also spoken on the subjects at various industry events and executive forums.

Prior to his current roles, Kasner was an executive with iCIMS, the #1 recruiting technology platform, where he grew the business from $20M to over $250M ARR. At the same time, the company’s employee base grew to over 1,000, and continued to be named one of the Best Places to Work nationally and in New Jersey. Kasner led iCIMS’ efforts for continued fast growth and scale. During his decade long tenure, Kasner served in various leadership roles, including mostly recently, as interim CEO. An east coast “unicorn”, iCIMS was valued at over $1B in 2018, when Vista Equity Partners purchased a majority stake in the business.
